Rosalind has great food and service - I love Peruvian food! I did like his previous restaurant - Picca more than Rosaline. It can get loud, and packed with "influencer" types, but still a fun place.

We just happened to walk past Rosaline during a stay in the posh section of West Hollywood. It looked inviting but was empty; however we opted to take a chance. I chose a Sauvignon blanc and my husband chose a Pilsner (from Peru - this is a Peruvian restaurant). We were both pleased. To start we shared the causa jar - amazing (look it up)! We also shared the seafood chaufa paella - again, excellent. This was way too much food for two, and we took one-half back to our Airbnb. No dessert for slackers. Btw - the spot became very busy within a half hour of our arrival!

Had a fantastic dinner. Great recommendations from our server, checked in on by staff and food was beyond excellent. Had the octopus, potato croquettes and Branzino. Finally, a restaurant where you're actually getting what you pay for. The inside is so cute with tall ceilings, a window roof and hanging plants giving an airy greenhouse feel.

Wow, I wish I had taken some photos of these yummy dishes!! The service was amazing, I arrived earlier and the staff was so kind to help me out and get us seated earlier than our reservation. I did not catch the name of the host, he was truly kind and amazing energy to him. The food was very good omg, so yummy and beautiful ambiance, felt like I was transported in nature. My best friend and I could not stop talking about the quality of the food and service. Can't wait to come back again.

We all loved the vibe here right when we arrived. Love all the plants and nature while dining inside. The food was phenomenal. Lots of amazing vegan options. The vegan ceviche was something I've never tasted before it was like an orgaasm in my mouth. The flavors were impeccable. The vegan paella and the pan andino is something you all just try! We will be back again soon, thank you for your hospitality.

Total heart eyes for Rosaline in West Hollywood. This indoor/outdoor peruvian spot is guaranteed to blow your socks off. With A-list celebrities visiting on the regular it's no secret that this is one of the hottest spots in town. We booked a reservation for 10 and shared a meal tapas style. Some of the memorable dishes include the aceitunas, causita crocante, causa jar, lomo saltado, arroz con mariscos, and the chaufa paella. If I were to do it all over again, I'd order a round two of the causa jar, lomo saltado, and the chaufa paella. The causa jar was such a unique menu item that left the entire table oo-ing and ah-ing. While the concept is pricey, Rosaline is more than a restaurant, it's an experience. Despite splitting the bill, we ended up paying around $120 per person for tapas and a cocktail. I'd highly recommend visiting for a special occasion, or bringing your foodie friends for an authentic peruvian meal they won't soon forget.

** Valentine day menu REVIEW ** ($85 + gratuity) I want to highlight that I came to this restaurant for an event & not for their usual dinning experience. I highlight that because I was a bit disappointed with their Valentine's Day experience. However, I understand that having an event can cause food quality to lessen because of the quantity they have to provide for their guests The service was attentive & it seemed they had more staff members for this event My boyfriend set this up for us & it was beautiful, however, the food was not the greatest. Appetizer (not pictured) 4/10: it was two rolls of bread with strawberry jelly First dish 4/10: this was the pink mash potatoes with mushrooms and avocado. I am not sure if this dish was meant to be cold, but my dish was cold & eating mash potatoes cold was difficult Main dish 7/10: had great flavor, however, the sauce was a bit overwhelming for me Dessert 6/10: I got the cake with sherbet, and the cake was a bit dry Overall, it was a beautiful restaurant, and I absolutely love Peruvian food, however, this restaurant Valentine's Day menu dish did not present the restaurants food as gracefully as I had hoped. This is not to say that I won't pay a visit to this restaurant again, because I am curious to see what other things they have on the menu!

Ambiance: Great date spot, romantic and intimate Food: Short ribs: excellent flavor on its own, but the fig sauce really made it 11/10! Arroz con pollo: well seasoned rice almost like a risotto with unique sauce. Chicken was DRY Service: acceptable but a little slow at times Please note: a 20% service fee is automatically applied whether your party is of 2 or more than that

Everything was amazing from the ambiance, the food, drinks and everything in between! We came in with a group of girls for a birthday party and were all blown away by this place! We got a big variety of food and everything was 10/10. The butternut squash was the highlight for me! And the bread appetizer. Yum!! Our server was so sweet and took great care of us! Can't wait to come back

We made last-minute reservations on Friday at 8:30 pm, and we are glad that we got a spot. The restaurant was 70% full that night. The food was phenomenal, and the service was above expectations. I love their sea bass ceviche. There are only four thin slices in a portion, but they taste outstanding. The grilled octopus was delicious. It was not chewy at all, and the highlight was the seafood paella. Super delicious! It took longer to make but not too long, and the portion is enormous! I think it can feed 3-4 people. Valet is available for $10, but there are also street parking all around.
